• Final inspection before shipment:Our QC team conducts full inspection on each batch; only qualified products will be shipped.

5. Can we print our logo and use our own artwork?

Answer:Yes. We support logo printing and custom artwork, with small MOQ (50pcs, 100pcs, etc., with varying unit costs). Send us your high-resolution artwork (AI, PDF, PNG), and our team will complete proofing and production.

6. Do you offer free samples?

Answer:Yes, we provide free samples for most conventional products. You only need to bear the international shipping cost, allowing you to test product quality risk-free.

7. What is the sample delivery time?

Answer:It depends on customization needs:

• Conventional in-stock samples:1-3 working days.
• OEM customized samples:7-15 working days (7-10 days for simple customization, 10-15 days for complex customization).
